Affordability and Comfort at Home

The Penn Energy Savers program offers rebates to help Pennsylvanians make energy-efficient upgrades with high efficiency appliances.

This program is funded through the Inflation Reduction Act (IRA) and is part of the Home Energy Rebates initiative, which provides financial support to eligible Pennsylvanians and multifamily building owners for energy-efficient upgrades.

Eligibility

Rebates cover a percentage of project costs, depending on income level. Not sure about your income level?

    • Low Income (Below 80% of Area Median Income [AMI]): Rebates can cover up to 100% of your project costs, up to the maximum rebate limit.

    • Moderate Income (81%-150% of AMI): Rebates cover 50% of your project costs.

  • At least 50% of the residents must meet the income limits.

    • Low Income (Below 80% of AMI): Rebates can cover up to 100% of your project costs, up to the maximum rebate limit. 

    • Moderate Income (81%-150% of AMI): Rebates cover 50% of project costs.
